By signing this document, I am entering into a covenant with the Iron Threads leaders and my fellow participants. I am committed to a serious pursuit of our targets, and I will strive to fulfill the requirements as outlined below. I acknowledge that the program leaders are making significant sacrifices to help me grow in biblical manhood, and I will honor these sacrifices by engaging wholeheartedly. I give program leaders permission to connect with me in a mentoring relationship where I will be both challenged and encouraged, and I understand that the level of effort I give directly correlates to the benefits I will receive. I also acknowledge that failure to uphold my commitments in this covenant will result in being asked to leave the program.

• Throughout the entire program, I will diligently pursue my purpose in life. I will leverage disciplines for spiritual growth, work on developing Christ-like character, and work to serve others.
• While I do not control all the variables that affect my life, I am fully responsible for how I respond to them. Through the power of the Spirit and with support from those who care for me, I will strive to make wise decisions and take specific actions to grow in biblical manhood.
• I commit to developing meaningful relationships with both mentors and peers. We are on a difficult journey together. I will look for opportunities to encourage them, and I will treat them with dignity and respect.
• I acknowledge that the mentor’s desire is to invest in me directly. I will engage them willingly, seek out their counsel, and humbly receive guidance and course correction.
• Throughout the course of the program, private matters will be shared. I will handle this information with care, making the best effort to honor everyone involved.
• I pledge to fully engage in all aspects of this program while pursuing our targets with anticipation, passion, and humility. I acknowledge that good things come from God, and I will give Him glory in all things.
• Based on my effort and the collective support from the group, I expect to grow. In response, I commit to investing in future cohorts as a way to honor God for the investment made in me.
